Piedra Fluida Islas Canarias Listan Blanco Orange 2021 organic biodynamic drawn from young vines in100% Listn Blanco from Los Frontones in Granadilla de Abona. This is a rare and special vineyard located at an altitude of 1687 meters in southwestern Tenerife; it is the highest known vineyard in Europe. The vines are own rooted and planted 80+ years ago. Whole cluster fermentation takes place over 10 days on the skins. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is gently pressed and racked to 1000l wooden tanks, where it ages for 8 months
